FIVE LITTLE MONKEYS: FINGER PUPPETS. PLEASE, LEAVE FEEDBACK!

This is one of my favourite songs and kids want to sing it almost every lesson. Last year, I made a set of finger puppets using wool and a glove but they weren't very resistant ( they are now eyeless, tummyless and earless.) So, I decided to make a new set with felt and this is the result of an afternoon's work:

I'm not the best at sewing, but I've successfully made the whole set. Have a look at the poor monkey below!!

I think I won't use the small finger crocodile as it can't SNAP! the monkeys. So, I'll be using my long-trusted silicon pot holder instead.

SUPPLIES:

  • Templates ( I drew them myself)
  • Felt
  • googly eyes
  • Scissors
  • Fabric glue (for the eyes)
  • a needle
  • some thread

Here is your rhyme:

Five little monkeys sitting in a tree,
Along comes Mr. Crocodile as hungry as can be,
"Hello, Mr. Crocodile, you can't catch me, you can't catch me!"
"SNAP!"

Repeat with:

Four little monkeys...
Three little monkeys...
Two little monkeys...
One little monkey...

I hope you find it useful. Please, leave feedback!!! I very much appreciate your comments.
